Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns may be refused if the item has been damaged, altered, sized, or shows signs of wear.

Any bespoke, customised or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your watch develops a manufacturing fault covered under warranty, please contact us so we can arrange an inspection and appropriate resolution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
